# Utilise prewritten texts

### **Speed up signature requests create with prewritten texts**

You can streamline the creation of signature requests by using prewritten texts, such as your commonly used messages, standard content, or contact details. These texts can be easily inserted into each signature request.

### **How to add ready-made texts**

Open the **Prewritten texts** menu from the top right corner.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/xN3L9xhCb6A4ZDOnrXGI" alt="" width="233"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Click **+ New text** to create a new entry.

Give your text a descriptive name so you can easily find it later. Then write the content you want to reuse. You can create multiple texts as needed.

Finally, choose where the text should be available:

* In signature invitations
* In review tasks
* Or in both

### **How to use ready-made texts**

When filling a new signature request, click **Add prewritten text** from the bottom right corner of the text field, and select the desired text from the menu.

The selected text will be automatically inserted into the text field – you can still edit it freely before sending.

{% hint style="success" %}
