# Change the order of files

If you attach multiple files to a signature request or task and want to ensure that recipients see the files in a specific order, you can drag and drop the files into the desired sequence by grabbing the gray handle on the file.

If you later need to rearrange the files, you can do so in the file preview view.

Changing the display order of files requires owner rights to the content.
