With the SignSpace Easy extension, sending PDF files for signing from an external system is possible without any technical integration.

How does SignSpace Easy work?

  1. Fill in a form in your business application.

  2. Open the completed form in Chrome browser’s preview view as a PDF file.

  3. Click the SignSpace Easy icon, which opens the SignSpace Easy signature request window.

  2. If you are one of the signers, you will be redirected to the SignSpace application, where you can sign.

Deployment Requirements

  • The SignSpace Easy integration is configured for you by a SignSpace expert — no technical integration is needed.

  • Users must have a SignSpace account and the SignSpace Easy Chrome extension installed on their computer.

Deployment Steps

Deploying the SignSpace Easy integration is, as the name suggests, easy and fast with the help of our expert.

These are the steps to take SignSpace Easy into use:

  1. First, the desired signing workflow is defined.

  2. If the process requires automation or data collection from parties, the customer creates a form, to which the necessary actors and fields are added.

  3. A SignSpace expert performs the required configurations on the organisation's account.

  4. The customer’s users download the SignSpace Easy extension from the appstore.

  5. The SignSpace Easy integration is ready for use.


Supported Features

The comprehensive features of SignSpace are also available through the integration provided by the SignSpace Easy extension.

The following functionalities can be enabled:

  • Automatic filling of signer information into the signature request.

  • Defining the signing level per signer.

  • Sending signature invitations via email or SMS.

  • Protecting contract content with strong authentication.

  • Copying and sharing the signature link via any preferred channel, such as WhatsApp, when the signature event is protected with strong authentication.

  • Collecting data from the contracting party before signing, into fields defined on the form.

  • Receiving attachments from the contracting party as part of the signing process.

  • Editing the message before sending the contract for signing.

  • Sending the contract to a group for signing.

  • Sharing the contract with users and groups.

  • Defining the signing order.

  • Reading metadata from the contract and saving it into the system.

  • Using metadata read from forms to automatically send contracts to external archive systems, such as SharePoint.
