# Reports download

The reporting feature allows you to view and download data related to your organisation’s use of SignSpace as ready-made reports. The reports provide an up-to-date overview of items such as signatures, signature requests, other content, and users, and can be used for monitoring and reporting purposes.

### **How reporting works**

Reports are available in the organisation’s settings under the **Reports** page. When you open the page, you can select the desired report type and the time range for which the data is retrieved.

You can then create a report by clicking the **Generate report** button.

Once report generation starts, the system compiles the report based on the selected filters. When ready, the report is added to the top of the list, from where it can be downloaded as a CSV file.

### **Managing reports**

On the Reports page, you can view all generated reports in chronological order. Each report displays key details such as the report type, selected time range, and the user who created it.

A processing indicator is shown in the UI while the report is being generated. Report generation may take some time depending on the type and amount of data being processed. Once the report is ready, you can download it from the service.

### **Report types and contents**

The available reports depend on your user permissions. **Main Users** can create and download general reports, while **Trusted Admin** permissions also allow downloading more detailed reports.

The reports contain data based on the selected type:

* **Signature reports** provide information such as signing dates, signatories, and the signature level used.
* **Signature request reports** describe the status of requests, participants, and the progress of signing.
* **User reports** compile information related to organisation users, such as roles, permissions, and most recent login times.
