Integration Project Phases

Sending a Document for Signature via the API

Integration with SignSpace is performed through a REST API. A typical workflow for sending a document for signing includes the following steps:

1. Authentication: Authenticate using your API credentials.

2. File Upload: Upload the documents to be signed to SignSpace.

3. Create a Signature Request: Create a signature request by:

   • Referencing the uploaded document ID(s)

   • Defining the signers

   • Setting the signing order

   • Configuring any other required settings
